Rubber Flex Bobbin Sandwich Mounts
Excellent vibration control is not worth neglecting. Excessive vibration can damage equipment and cause discomfort for a machine operator. Bobbin mounts come in a few different sizes, however, they do range on the smaller size at less than half an inch up to 4 inches.
Here are some of the different types of flex bolt sandwich mounts:

- Dual-side metal plates with one stud

- Single side metal plate with one stud

Square Pad Mount
A square pad mount looks different from a typical sandwich mount. These are about 5 inches wide and 2 inches tall. There are metal plates on both sides, however, the bottom side has a rubber lip so that the metal piece is covered. There are four holes for studs, to make installation easy.
These sandwich mounts are often used for machine installation. They help to protect both the machine and building floor from vibration damage. Square pad mounts may also be used in other situations, such as in agricultural machinery. They are perfect for providing optimal vibration isolation without complicated installation.
Large Shear Mounts
These mounts are a type of large sandwich mount. They are unique in shape as the metal plate is a square and the rubber center is a sphere. The metal plate contains five stud holes in the middle and four stud holes in the corners. Here are some of the applications for large shear mounts:
