For products that require the stability of metal but the flexibility of rubber, rubber-to-metal bonding is an excellent solution. This process involves a mold, but the mold has metal inserts that the rubber is bonded to during the molding process. A heat-activated adhesive is sprayed onto the metal parts before they’re put into the mold.
The resulting bond is often stronger than the elastomer itself!

Part applications include Engine / Motor Mounts, Rubber Isolators, Compactor Mounts, Cab Isolation Mounts, Stud Bumpers / Bobbins, Gen-Set Mounts, Vibration Mounts and Off-Road Vibration Isolation Solutions for a wide variety of industries.
